Ongare Trust is administered by our Board comprising 5 responsible Trustees and 2 associate Trustees.
The Trustees each contribute a wealth of diverse lived and professional experience to the Trust including our veteran Trustees who between them have a combined 70 plus years of governance experience.
We have introduced the associate Trustee role as a vehicle for our succession planning to be able to onboard new Trustees without having to lose the significant expertise and institutional knowledge that we have on the Board at the same time.
We are dedicating time and focus to improving our governance systems and telling the story of Ongare moving forward this year.
